Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead projects across the UAE for a client based in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, organize and supervise project functions, delegating tasks to engineers, foremen and charge hands.
• Ensure quality, health, safety and welfare of all employees on site.
• Manage resources, manpower, equipment and materials to meet contract time and cost targets.
• Coordinate with client, consultant engineers and local authorities for project requirements.
• Lead meetings, evaluate progress, resolve contractual and design issues.
• Monitor budgets, prevent cost overruns and maintain accurate stores records.
• Implement QHSE, IMS and ISMS policies and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Over 14 years of experience in project/contract management, business development or public relations.
• Proven ability to lead large construction teams and manage multi‑disciplinary projects.
