Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will be based on‑site in Abu Dhabi, overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of medium to large‑scale construction projects. This full‑time position ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and supervise site teams, monitoring daily progress.
• Develop and track project schedules, manage budgets and control costs.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and contracts, resolving construction issues with engineers, consultants and clients.
• Prepare progress reports, chair site meetings and ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
• Promote continuous improvement in construction methods, resource utilization and safety practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience managing medium to large‑scale building or infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong supervisory, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Budgeting, cost control and scheduling expertise.
