Construction Manager – Offshore Oil & Gas EPC

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of large‑scale offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects for ADNOC. This leadership role will drive construction excellence, ensure safe project execution, maintain schedule commitments, and deliver world‑class outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall construction execution strategy for offshore EPC projects.
• Provide leadership across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and telecom disciplines.
• Develop construction execution plans, resource strategies, work fronts and execution philosophies.
• Oversee offshore fabrication, installation, hook‑up and commissioning support activities.
• Monitor project KPIs, productivity trends, progress performance and construction forecasts.
• Lead constructability reviews, work‑pack planning, risk mitigation initiatives and schedule recovery plans.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with minimum 15 + years of Oil & Gas EPC experience.
• At least 10 years in senior construction leadership positions.
• Mandatory ADNOC project experience and offshore oil & gas construction experience.
• Proven experience leading large multidisciplinary EPC construction teams.
• Available for immediate or short‑notice mobilization.
