Construction Manager – Offshore Platform

About the role

Lead full‑cycle offshore construction execution for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with EPC contracts, ADNOC specifications and project KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute heavy‑lifting operations for compressors, dryers, receivers, pressure vessels, pipe spools, transformers, MCC/SWGR panels and skid packages on offshore platforms.
• Review and approve lifting studies, rigging plans, crane load charts, deck loading checks and engineered lifting procedures.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams (engineers, supervisors, technicians, riggers, welders, electricians, instrumentation staff) and ensure safe marine spread operations.
• Oversee mechanical installation, piping fabrication, offshore spool fit‑up, welding, NDT, hydro‑testing, electrical cable pulling, termination, tray installation and instrumentation hook‑up.
• Provide constructability inputs during design reviews, resolve field‑level clashes and ensure engineering deliverables are construction‑ready before mobilisation.
• Monitor daily productivity, progress KPIs and take corrective actions to mitigate delays, material shortages or schedule constraints.

Required profile

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects with mandatory offshore construction background.
• Proven experience on ADNOC offshore brownfield projects and live‑facility modifications.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and ability to manage complex brownfield construction under schedule pressure.
