Construction Manager – Project Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our Project Management Consultant (PMC) team in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a mixed‑use development, ensuring the project meets schedule, budget, and quality expectations while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of mixed‑use construction from pre‑construction to handover.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, construction crews, and vendors to achieve efficient execution.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Review and approve change orders, submittals, and construction documentation.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental protocols on all sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction management, preferably on mixed‑use projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
