About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Supervisor to lead daily site activities on oil and gas EPC projects. The role focuses on ensuring construction execution aligns with project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
- Monitor progress against project timelines and adjust plans as needed.
- Enforce safety codes and quality standards throughout the construction phase.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and client teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Civil or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in construction.
- At least 5 years in oil and gas EPC projects as a Construction Supervisor – Operation.
- ADNOC approval is considered an advantage.
