Construction Project Manager – High‑rise Projects – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high‑rise building projects for a leading international contractor in the UAE. The role demands hands‑on leadership, safety focus, and the ability to deliver complex developments on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑rise construction projects.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with programme, budget, quality, health & safety and contractual requirements.
• Drive project performance while mitigating risks and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of GCC construction experience, preferably with the last 4 years in the UAE.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager on major building projects.
• Proven track record delivering high‑rise developments in the GCC or UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, project controls and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to join immediately or within a 4‑week notice period.
