Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead the successful execution and delivery of IRTH Contracting projects across the United Arab Emirates. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, scope, drawings, specifications, programme and budget to develop a detailed execution plan.
• Organise project resources, coordinate mobilisation of personnel, subcontractors, equipment and site services.
• Lead day‑to‑day construction activities, ensuring work follows approved drawings, method statements and schedules.
• Manage civil, structural, architectural, MEP and specialist works, maintaining sufficient labour, materials and plant.
• Monitor productivity, sequencing and resource utilisation, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Chair regular progress, coordination and performance meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify critical activities, long‑lead items and project risks early, and mitigate constraints.
• Ensure all required approvals, permits, insurances and documentation are in place.
