Construction Project Manager / Site Construction Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Site Construction Director to lead projects from planning through to handover. The role is fully remote and part‑time, supporting international construction and infrastructure initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction projects across all phases, developing schedules, budgets, resource plans and execution strategies.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress against approved schedules, budgets, specifications and quality standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, variations and corrective actions, and ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards are maintained.
• Oversee procurement, material planning, equipment requirements and site resources, tracking costs, commitments and commercial performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in construction project management, site management or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, contractor management and risk mitigation.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
