Construction Project Manager – Site

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead site‑based projects for Ashiyana in Dubai. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering construction works while ensuring quality, safety and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks and enforce safety standards.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and change orders to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Track key performance indicators and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits and permits.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects from initiation to close‑out.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and resource allocation.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse project teams.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in Dubai.
