Construction Quality Manager (QC Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Quality Manager to lead quality activities on a major EPC project in Abu Dhabi, reporting to the Project Manager and Division QC Manager and coordinating with the Quality Director.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on‑site quality activities, assigning QC engineers, inspectors, document controllers and third‑party testing companies to specific work areas.
• Review and monitor the application of the Company IMS policies and procedures at project level.
• Assess contract requirements against IMS documents and advise the Quality Director and Project Manager on necessary project‑specific adaptations.
• Maintain communication with the Corporate Material Manager on civil works material matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
• Minimum 20 years total experience with at least 5 years as a QA/QC Manager on Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• ADNOC approval as Construction Quality Manager.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale capital projects, including pipelines, piping, process equipment, structures, painting & coating, and insulation.

• ISO 9001:2015 auditing and quality management systems.
• QA/QC coordination across multidisciplinary EPC disciplines.
• Pipeline, piping, and process equipment inspection.
• Painting & coating and insulation inspection.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
