Construction Superintendent – Civil (Offshore)

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent – Civil to lead offshore civil construction activities for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role will be based at the client’s office with potential offshore rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor all offshore civil construction works.
• Ensure activities are performed safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Guarantee compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications and international codes.
• Manage interfaces with subcontractors and client representatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a civil construction superintendent in offshore environments.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards and international construction codes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale projects.
