About the role
Penspen is hiring a Construction Superintendent (Structure) in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees the structural components of construction projects, making sure they are built safely, on schedule and to specification. The superintendent manages site teams, coordinates subcontractors, plans work processes and ensures compliance with quality and safety regulations.
Required profile
- An engineering degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 18 years of experience, of which 10 years must be in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience in fabrication activities for offshore projects.
- Extensive experience in structural construction and site supervision.
- Ability to manage teams, solve technical issues and interact with subcontractors.
- ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
