About the role
Alfa Gulf Real Estate Management LLC is hiring a Construction Supervisor for ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance on site.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure work quality, safety, and compliance
- Review drawings and resolve site issues
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Required profile
- Proven experience as Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site procedures
- Ability to read drawings and lead site teams
- Familiar with UAE safety and construction standards
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Good communication and leadership skills
