Construction Worker & Trades (Mason, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber) – Dubai

About the role

Join a Dubai‑based contracting outfit that builds a range of projects across the emirate. Whether you are a fresh graduate or an experienced tradesperson, the company offers a stable crew environment with clear pathways for progression.

Key responsibilities

• General helpers: move materials, mix, clean up, and support skilled trades.
• Masons: lay block and brick, plaster, and finish to specification.
• Carpenters: perform formwork, framing, finishing carpentry, and read technical drawings.
• Electricians: run conduit, wire, install fixtures, and test installations safely.
• Plumbers: pipe‑fit, install drainage, fit fixtures, and conduct pressure testing.
• All staff: follow safety protocols, keep work areas tidy, and assist teammates as needed.

Required profile

• Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in Dubai’s climate.
• Reliability – punctual and ready to work each day.
• Basic ability to follow instructions and communicate with supervisors.
• Valid passport and readiness to relocate to the UAE.

Required skills

• Trade certification or prior Gulf experience (preferred).
• Ability to read basic technical drawings.
• Valid UAE driving licence (optional but advantageous).
