Consultant – Account Services Associate

About the role

The Consultant – Account Services Associate will perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews as part of periodic KYC refresh activities, ensuring customer information is current, complete and compliant with UAE regulatory and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Verify customer identification documents, account details, residency, employment and business activities.
• Review transaction activity and account behaviour for consistency with the customer profile.
• Assess risk ratings, flag changes for escalation and maintain accurate records in bank systems.
• Identify missing documentation or discrepancies and coordinate with Relationship Managers, Operations, Compliance and Financial Crime teams to resolve them.
• Meet monthly performance metrics for case completion, accuracy and timeliness while balancing productivity and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Experience in periodic review or transaction processing within the HRAR Business Banking ARC unit.
• Prior banking or back‑office processing experience with strong knowledge of entity periodic review policies.
• Advanced MS Office skills and excellent written and spoken communication.
