Consultant – AV Experiences Creative Design

About the role

WSP Middle East is seeking a Consultant / Senior Consultant to lead the design and realisation of immersive AV experiences within its Building Technology Systems team in Sharjah, UAE. The role sits at the intersection of architecture, storytelling and advanced visualisation technologies, delivering multi‑sensory spaces that integrate sound, light, visuals and interactivity.

Key responsibilities

• Translate architectural concepts into immersive AV strategies, simulations and VR experiences.
• Develop visual simulations, technology visualisations and mock‑ups to support design narratives.
• Collaborate with architects, designers and technologists to integrate AV elements into building and interior designs.
• Produce technical documentation such as visual storyboards, experience maps and presentation materials.
• Research emerging technologies and visualisation tools to drive innovation across projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, creative design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in creative architecture, experiential design or immersive technology.
• Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of 3D visualisation tools such as 3ds Max, Unreal Engine and Cinema 4D.
