Consultant ENT

About the role

Stafmed is recruiting a highly experienced Consultant ENT to join a leading hospital in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering advanced, patient‑centred otolaryngology services and leading complex ENT cases within a progressive clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and management of ear, nose, throat and head‑and‑neck disorders.
• Perform and oversee diagnostic and therapeutic ENT procedures, including surgery within the candidate’s expertise.
• Manage complex cases requiring multidisciplinary collaboration and develop evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Deliver pre‑operative and post‑operative patient care and participate in clinical governance, audit and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support departmental education, teaching activities and service development.

Required profile

• Board certification in Otolaryngology/ENT (ABMS, Royal College, UK CCT/CCST, German Facharzt, French DES or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of post‑specialisation experience in ENT, including surgical practice.
• Eligibility for consultant‑level licensing with DHA, DOH or MOHAP.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety and service quality.

• Experience managing complex ear, nose, throat and head‑and‑neck conditions.
