About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant in Family Medicine to join a reputable private healthcare group in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive, evidence‑based primary care to patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on preventive health, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary and family medical care, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct detailed consultations, examinations, and appropriate investigations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans following clinical guidelines.
• Offer preventive services, health screening, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Perform minor procedures within the scope of family medicine.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient‑safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Western Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Relevant clinical experience in a reputable hospital or medical centre.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to UAE healthcare regulations and professional standards.
