Consultant Female OBGYN

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Female Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist to join a leading healthcare facility in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering comprehensive women’s health services, including obstetrics, gynecology, and minimally invasive procedures, while maintaining a patient‑centered approach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecological consultations for both outpatient and inpatient cases.
• Manage normal and high‑risk pregnancies, antenatal care, labor, delivery, and postnatal follow‑up.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological disorders such as PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, and menopausal conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures including cesarean sections and minimally invasive gynecological surgeries.
• Conduct routine women’s health screenings and preventive care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neonatologists, anesthetists, and radiologists.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with DOH regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, CME programs, and departmental meetings.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by DOH Abu Dhabi.
• Board certification or fellowship in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Valid DOH Consultant License or eligibility letter.
• Minimum 5–7 years post‑board consultant experience in a reputable hospital.
• Strong surgical, communication, and patient counseling abilities.
