Consultant - General & Trauma Surgery

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Consultant in General & Trauma Surgery to join our surgical team in Ajman. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive surgical care, manage trauma cases, and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures, including trauma care.
• Provide consultation and follow‑up care for surgical patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to training, education, and continuous improvement within the department.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with SKMCA policies and international standards.
• Demonstrate interest in research and teaching activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree with recognized specialty certification in General Surgery.
• Certification in Trauma Surgery.
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 5 years of post‑specialization experience in General and Trauma Surgery.
