Consultant – Growth & Innovation

About the role

Sia is looking for a Consultant to join its Middle East team in Abu Dhabi. You will support and manage the delivery of innovation projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive technology scouting and solution implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage delivery of assigned innovation projects.
• Document full needs description and solution requirements.
• Conduct active technology scouting, solution identification and validation.
• Perform project due‑diligence research and documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Carry out other delegated duties as required.

Required profile

• Strong academic background (Engineering and/or Business) from a top‑tier university.
• 3‑5 years experience in technology, research or innovation environments.
• Proven experience planning, managing and delivering technical innovation projects.
• Experience using Gantt charts or similar tools for project tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical innovation projects.
• Knowledge of open Innovation methodology, Intellectual Property and technology scouting.
• Certification in Innovation or Future Foresight (highly preferable).
• Business proficiency in Arabic and English; physical residence in Abu Dhabi required.
