Consultant IVF Specialist (Qassim)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Consultant IVF to join our reproductive medicine team in Qassim. The role involves delivering exceptional patient care and supporting couples throughout their fertility journey in a fast‑paced, high‑volume fertility centre.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed initial consultations, assess patient history and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform IVF procedures, including egg retrieval, sperm preparation, ICSI, embryo biopsy and embryo transfer.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment, manage medication protocols and perform ultrasound evaluations.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and provide evidence‑based recommendations.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, embryologists, geneticists and psychologists for holistic care.
• Educate patients on fertility options, procedures, risks and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory and ethical standards.
• Provide guidance and training to nurses, embryologists and junior medical staff.
• Participate in research, clinical audits and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing IVF and advanced reproductive procedures.
• Eligibility for Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licensing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
