About the role

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant Liver/Hepatobiliary Surgeon to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The role involves performing complex liver and hepatobiliary procedures and delivering high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of complex surgical procedures for liver and hepatobiliary diseases.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with advancements in hepatobiliary surgery.
• Provide on‑call emergency coverage.
• Mentor and train junior surgeons, medical students, and other healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• UK CCT or American Board certification in Liver/Hepatobiliary Surgery.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a consultant in this specialty.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
