Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – Dubai

About the role

A leading multispecialty hospital in Dubai is seeking a Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join its women’s health team. The role combines outpatient consultations, inpatient obstetric care, and surgical procedures within a JCI‑accredited environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal management.
• Conduct routine prenatal examinations, fetal monitoring and risk assessments.
• Manage both normal and high‑risk pregnancies, ensuring optimal maternal‑fetal outcomes.
• Perform vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections as clinically indicated.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions such as hormonal disorders, menstrual abnormalities and infections.
• Carry out gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic procedures.
• Deliver preventive services including cervical cancer screening, family planning and menopause management.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., American Board, UK Royal College, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years post‑specialist or board certification experience.
• Experience in managing high‑risk pregnancies and performing surgical procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and international obstetric‑gynecologic guidelines.
