Consultant Plastic Surgeon – Full‑time Position

About the role

Stafmed is recruiting a highly experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon for a full‑time position with a leading hospital in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering high‑quality reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care, from patient assessment and treatment planning through to postoperative management, with a strong focus on safety and clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgical care.
• Perform a range of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments and provide comprehensive postoperative care.
• Manage complex surgical cases and potential postoperative complications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and participate in audits and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Board certification in Plastic Surgery or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Recognised Tier 1 qualification (e.g., ABMS, Canadian Royal College, UK CCT/CCST, European Board).
• Minimum 3–5 years of post‑specialisation experience in Plastic Surgery.
• Eligibility for consultant‑level licensing with DHA, DOH or MOHAP.
