Consultant Plastic Surgeon – Microvascular Surgery (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Plastic Surgeon with a specialist focus on microvascular surgery to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves delivering advanced reconstructive and microsurgical procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and clinical governance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex microvascular and reconstructive surgical procedures.
• Manage patients requiring breast, head and neck, limb, and trauma reconstruction.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments and provide post‑operative follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical governance standards.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement, teaching, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree with Specialist/Consultant qualification in Plastic Surgery.
• Fellowship or equivalent certification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Extensive experience in microvascular and reconstructive surgery.
• Eligibility for DHA Consultant licensure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
