Consultant Urologist – UAE (Full‑time)

About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates is expanding its urological, minimally invasive and surgical services. The organisation seeks a highly skilled Consultant Urologist to join a multidisciplinary clinical team, offering strong clinical exposure and a modern, quality‑driven environment serving an international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of urological conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Perform urological procedures and surgical interventions according to subspecialty expertise and facility privileges.
• Manage urinary tract disorders, kidney and bladder conditions, prostate disease, urinary stones and male urological health concerns.
• Evaluate surgical candidates, develop individualized treatment plans, obtain informed consent and provide peri‑operative and post‑operative care.
• Collaborate with nephrology, oncology, radiology, emergency medicine, intensive care and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient counselling on treatment options, surgical procedures, recovery and long‑term urological health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support infection control, patient safety, clinical audits and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Internationally trained Consultant Urologist holding recognized qualifications (e.g., American Board of Urology, UK CCT/FRCS Urology, European Board or national specialist certification).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary, patient‑centred environment.
• Strong communication skills for patient counselling and team collaboration.
