Content Creator (Arabic) – UGC Video

About the role

A social-first agency with offices in Dubai and Riyadh is looking for a creative, hands-on UGC-style Content Creator to produce engaging video content for its social media clients. The role covers the full process from concept to post-production, working with the in-house production team. The position is based in Dubai and is advertised by Nathan HR.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit long- and short-format videos for social media and other digital platforms.
• Enhance videos with lighting adjustments, color grading and sound correction in post-production.
• Film content on set and on location using handheld or mobile devices.
• Collaborate with creative teams and clients to plan and execute shoots.
• Set up and manage equipment such as mobile rigs, microphones, lighting and props.
• Contribute to the conceptualization, scripting and storytelling of videos.
• Deliver projects on time while managing client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer or similar role in a social media or agency environment.
• Strong preference for UGC-style content.
• Strong knowledge of mobile shooting techniques, including framing, lighting and audio.
• Ability to conceptualize, storyboard and execute creative video ideas.
• Excellent time management, organization, communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in mobile-based editing tools such as CapCut.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics, or willingness to develop them.
