Content & Creator Manager

About the role

Are you passionate about creating content that resonates and connecting with users in meaningful ways? Reckitt is looking for a Content & Creator Manager who thrives in crafting exceptional narratives and fostering engagement across digital landscapes. You will blend content strategy with user experience to deliver a continuous flow of captivating material for social commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a creator roster aligned with category priorities, brief creators on campaign objectives, and approve content for publishing.
• Run the affiliate program, handling recruitment, tracking, optimization, and creator contracts.
• Brief production contractors and interns on short‑form video assets, manage timelines, and ensure delivery across digital commerce platforms.
• Adapt regional content frameworks to local language, culture and platform formats while maintaining brand standards.
• Organise assets in the Digital Asset Management system and track weekly performance, feeding insights back to the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years in digital marketing, content or creator management, preferably in FMCG or consumer health.
• Hands‑on experience managing external partners and creator networks.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.
• Ability to track content KPIs, draw conclusions and communicate feedback clearly.
• Organised multitasker comfortable running multiple workstreams in a regional or multinational setting.
