Content Creator & Social Media Intern

About the role

Join the Public Relations & Marketing team at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai as a Content Creator & Social Media Intern. You will support the creation, curation and publishing of visual content for the hotel’s restaurants, bars and other outlets, learning luxury storytelling in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Capture daily photo and video content across the hotel, restaurants, spa, beach and events, following brand guidelines.
• Edit short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, Stories and TikTok, ensuring proper pacing, sound, captions and colour.
• Assist in planning and curating Instagram feeds, creating moodboards, shoot concepts and campaign decks.
• Schedule and publish content, monitor comments and messages, and draft on‑brand responses.
• Maintain the content library and support the coordination of shoots with talent, chefs and hotel departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in Marketing, Communications, Media, Photography, Film or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for composition, lighting and storytelling.
• Excellent written and spoken English and native‑level fluency on Meta platforms and TikTok.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings or weekends for shoots.
