Content Creator – Social Media & Performance Content

About the role

WONE Digital Agency is looking for a Content Creator who can turn ideas into scroll‑stopping visuals and stories. The role focuses on producing high‑quality, performance‑driven content for premium brands across lifestyle, luxury, sport, services and B2B sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging short‑form video content such as Reels, TikToks and UGC‑style videos.
• Shoot and edit content using mobile devices or camera setups.
• Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn while respecting brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with strategy and ads teams to produce performance‑oriented creatives.
• Stay ahead of trends, formats, hooks and platform best practices.
• Participate in on‑site content shoots when required and deliver assets on time.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Creator.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn formats.
• Comfortable both in front of the camera and behind it.
• Creative mindset with awareness of performance and conversion metrics.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
