Content Editor

About the role

Help AG is looking for a Content Editor to lead the creation, refinement and publication of high‑quality written material across multiple platforms. The role ensures tone consistency, brand alignment and editorial excellence while collaborating with writers, designers and communication teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review, proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone and structure.
• Develop and maintain editorial guidelines, templates and standards.
• Plan and manage content calendars for newsletters, publications and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure visual and textual coherence.
• Track and report content performance metrics where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an editor, content writer or copy editor in corporate, media or government settings.
• Exceptional command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
