About the role

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will lead Lean and Six Sigma projects within Vertiv Operating Systems to boost departmental performance and align with corporate initiatives. Working under the VOS Manager, you will act as a change agent, fostering a culture of process excellence across assigned departments.

Key responsibilities

Plan, execute and sustain CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma and VOS methodologies.
Conduct baseline assessments, data analysis and financial measurement of processes.
Collaborate with department managers to develop and deploy VOS strategies.
Lead change initiatives, provide training and communication on VOS practices.
Identify barriers to project success and facilitate resolution.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operational execution and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in statistical analysis.

Required skills

Lean methodology.
Six Sigma (certification preferred).
Statistical analysis tools.
