Contract Management Support Specialist (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

Our client, a global leader in the Healthcare and MedTech sector, is looking for a Contract Management Support Specialist on a three‑month contract. You will assist the Business Operations and Tendering function across the MEA region, ensuring contracts are accurately recorded, tracked and reported.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organise tender and commercial contracts across multiple business franchises.
• Maintain and track contract validity dates, renewals, extensions, pricing updates and amendments.
• Upload and manage contracts in a central repository, ensuring proper filing and version control.
• Validate documentation to support contract compliance and flag any discrepancies.
• Maintain contract trackers and dashboards, providing regular updates on status, expiries and completeness.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Tender, Finance and Legal teams to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in contract management, tender operations, document control or a similar function.
• Experience in Healthcare, MedTech or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with contract tracking tools.
• Knowledge of SharePoint or similar document‑management systems.
• Familiarity with document management systems.
