Contracts Manager

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support a major offshore project for ADNOC. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi, working from either the client’s office or the contractor’s office, and will serve as the central point for all contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the administration and management of EPC, procurement, consultancy and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions and project requirements.
• Interpret contractual provisions and advise project and functional teams.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations.
• Manage contractual correspondence and maintain accurate contract records.
• Develop and implement contract administration procedures and controls.
• Review and evaluate contractor submissions related to contractual matters.
• Administer contract amendments, variations and change orders.
• Maintain contract registers and reporting systems.
• Protect ADNOC’s commercial interests and evaluate commercial implications of project changes.
• Support cost control and project financial management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract management for large offshore or EPC projects.
• Familiarity with ADNOC contractual requirements and industry best practices.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including PMC, EPC contractors and vendors.
