Contracts Manager – Offshore Projects

About the role

The Contracts Manager will oversee all contractual and commercial activities for the ADNOC Offshore Project, ensuring obligations are met, risks are minimized and commercial interests protected.

Key responsibilities

• Lead administration and management of EPC, procurement, consultancy and service contracts.
• Interpret contractual provisions and guide project teams on compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance and manage contractual correspondence and records.
• Administer contract amendments, variations and change orders while maintaining registers.
• Protect ADNOC’s commercial interests, evaluate cost impacts of changes and support cost control.
• Lead assessment and resolution of contractor claims, counter‑claims and disputes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 15‑20 years of contracts, commercial and project management experience in oil & gas.
• At least 10 years in senior contracts management on major EPC/EPCI offshore projects.
