Contracts Specialist

About the role

Guidepoint’s Legal team supports global operations by providing expert advice and contract management across all offices. The Contracts Specialist will act as the primary liaison between the legal department and internal or external stakeholders, handling drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client, vendor, NDA, SOW, data processing, SaaS and other contracts for global stakeholders.
• Manage the contracts queue, ensuring timely coordination and status updates.
• Serve as the main contact for internal and external parties seeking contract assistance.
• Oversee the contracts inbox, responding to queries and maintaining documentation.
• Maintain the contract template library and ensure compliance with approval policies.
• Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams on contract matters.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of contract management experience; law degree is a plus.
• In‑house contract management background, including reviewing and negotiating master services agreements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Client‑service focus and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Apttus/Conga (Salesforce) contracts management system.
• Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
