Control Tower Specialist – Fulfilment Operations

About the role

Arvato is seeking a Control Tower Specialist to oversee fulfilment operations in Dubai. The role ensures end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities run smoothly, meeting service‑level agreements and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily warehouse fulfilment processes.
• Distribute work orders, manage operational workload and ensure SLA compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact for operational and technical issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements and corrective actions.
• Track key performance indicators, generate performance reports and support operational projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, external stakeholders and operate within SAP/ERP systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations or control‑tower functions at a managerial level.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory, order management and transportation processes.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP/WMS) systems.
