Coordinator, Drilling (Slickline, Onshore)

About the role

The Coordinator, Drilling (Slickline, Onshore) supports the planning, execution and follow‑up of slickline operations across assigned rigs and fields for ADNOC Drilling. The role ensures equipment readiness, crew availability and strict compliance with HSE and operational standards while acting as the main link between field teams, technical support, logistics and management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly slickline operational plans in line with rig schedules and service requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of crew rosters, equipment mobilisation, job status and client communications.
• Support the Team Leader in supervising job execution, ensuring safety procedures and technical specifications are followed.
• Monitor inventory of slickline tools, wire and consumables and raise material requests as required.
• Liaise with workshop, logistics and maintenance to guarantee tools are calibrated, certified and ready for deployment.
• Prepare job tickets, post‑job reports and customer feedback summaries.
• Provide frontline troubleshooting for minor issues and escalate major technical concerns.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Drilling QHSE policies and participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks and incident investigations.
• Maintain operational documentation and accurate data entry in SAP or the wireline job tracking system.

Required profile

• At least 5 years (60 months) of relevant experience in slickline or well‑intervention operations.
• Strong knowledge of HSE practices and ADNOC/ UAE regulatory requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage inventory effectively.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar job‑tracking systems.
