Coordinator - Land Freight

About the role

The Land Freight Coordinator will oversee the efficient operation of land‑based freight activities within the Logistics Cluster of Noatum Logistics, part of AD Ports Group. The role ensures vehicles are arranged correctly, deliveries are on time, and records are accurately maintained to support the broader logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange vehicles on request, confirming they meet required specifications.
• Inform drivers of their tasks, provide accurate information, and follow up for timely reporting.
• Gather clear transportation requirements before vehicle allocation.
• Minimise vehicle idle time, increase trip frequency, and ensure prompt submission of driver incentives and job closures.
• Plan transportation routes, select appropriate modes, and track shipments for cost‑effective delivery.
• Collaborate with service providers to guarantee efficient execution and on‑time delivery.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, work schedules, and monitor delivery timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on deliveries, and handle complaints.
• Renew driver and vehicle permissions and certifications on schedule.
• Maintain vehicle asset records, monitor fuel costs, and produce accurate movement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; logistics or business administration qualifications are a plus.
• 3‑4 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
