About the role

The Coordinator, Projects supports the Projects Division by linking end users, third‑party contractors and internal teams. The role ensures resources, materials and documentation are aligned to deliver EPC projects on schedule and within warranty conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Planning Engineers and Project Managers in preliminary scheduling and progress tracking of major projects.
• Coordinate material orders, asset movements, spare‑parts coding and logistics with warehouses and workshops.
• Maintain project data in the SAP Project System, including work orders, tendering, change orders and weekly status reports.
• Monitor third‑party contractor performance, warranty compliance and service procurement, reporting any issues to the Project Manager.
• Visit workshops and shipyards to verify repair status, availability of spares and overall project execution.
• Support budget preparation by outlining scope, scheduling activities and allocating resources.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Diploma.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or EPC environments.
• Professional certifications as applicable.
