Corporate Associate Lawyer – Abu Dhabi (3‑4 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Associate Lawyer to join a leading international law firm in Abu Dhabi. This permanent position offers relocation support and exposure to high‑value M&A, private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions across regional and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital and ECM matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation from structuring and due diligence through to completion and post‑completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and thought‑leadership activities.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues in international offices on cross‑border matters.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 3–4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
• Strong experience advising on corporate transactions within a leading international or regional firm.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal research abilities.
• Commercially minded with the capacity to manage matters autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with international clients and cross‑border transactions is advantageous; Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential.
