Corporate Banking Graduate Programme

About the role

A leading international banking group is recruiting high-potential graduates to join its Corporate Banking division in Dubai. Successful candidates get direct entry into Corporate Banking alongside a structured six-month accelerated development programme, with no departmental rotations. The programme builds the technical expertise, commercial judgement and professional skills needed for a career in Corporate Banking. The anticipated intake is January 2027, with flexible joining dates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree completed in 2024 or later; minimum GPA of 3.4/4.0 for local degrees or 3.0/4.0 for overseas qualifications (including UK 2:1 equivalent).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Entrepreneurship or a closely related discipline.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical ability, intellectual curiosity and commercial awareness.
• Understanding of banking, financial markets and how banks generate revenue.
• Genuine motivation to build a long-term career in Corporate Banking.
• Previous banking or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.

The position is part of a dedicated Emiratisation graduate recruitment programme; eligibility will be confirmed during the initial recruitment assessment.
