Corporate Legal and Compliance Executive

About the role

A Corporate Legal and Compliance Executive is needed in Dubai to manage corporate secretarial and governance activities across UAE and international entities. The role covers drafting legal documents, coordinating company formations and restructuring, and liaising with regulators and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate secretarial and governance activities across UAE and international entities.
• Draft and review contracts, MOUs, resolutions, powers of attorney and other legal documents.
• Coordinate company incorporations, restructuring, post-incorporation amendments and liquidations across UAE Mainland, Free Zones (DIFC, DMCC, IFZA, JAFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, etc.) and offshore jurisdictions.
• Liaise with government authorities such as the Ministry of Economy, VARA, DLD, RERA, Immigration and others.
• Support licensing, statutory filings, compliance reviews, AML/KYC processes and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, auditors, banks and government authorities.
• Maintain corporate records, compliance calendars, legal documentation and governance workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), Commerce, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or a related discipline.
• Company Secretary (CS) qualification or a relevant compliance certification is an added advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Services or Business Setup.
• Experience in the UAE is required, at least 2 years.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, Free Zone regulations, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
