Corporate Legal Counsel

About the role

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice across its global energy maritime logistics operations. The role supports the General Counsel, Associate General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel on a wide range of commercial, corporate and transactional matters, both domestically and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on contracts, procurement agreements, leases and employee matters.
• Draft, review, interpret and amend legal opinions, agreements, letters, memos and other documentation.
• Support corporate activities such as joint ventures, investments, mergers, acquisitions, incorporations, dissolutions and liquidations.
• Lead and manage employee‑related disputes, domestic court cases and general contract negotiations.
• Assist with dispute resolution, arbitration, litigation and maritime‑related corporate functions.
• Collaborate with the Associate General Counsel to supervise all corporate and commercial legal affairs of ADNOC L&S.

Required profile

• Qualified legal professional with experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven ability to handle complex transactions and multi‑jurisdictional legal issues.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
