About the role

The Corporate Sales Executive will handle guest interactions, drive revenue through up‑selling, and support the hotel's sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact guests and resolve calls, requests or problems across departments.
  • Apply sales techniques to maximise revenue and up‑sell while maintaining guest loyalty.
  • Determine and provide complimentary gifts such as reward points, tickets or certificates.
  • Promote Marriott brand image internally and externally.
  • Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, fax or mail.
  • Enter Marriott Rewards information into the reservation system.
  • Perform general office duties supporting Sales & Marketing (filing, emailing, typing, faxing).
  • Assist management in training and motivating employees and act as a role model.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No specific license or certification required.
