Corporate Sales Manager – Dubai

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and grow government and corporate accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Lead government and corporate contract negotiations.
• Support budgeting and business‑plan preparation.
• Coordinate group and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or government sales, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑management abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a solid business‑development track record.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
