Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for proactively identifying and managing sales opportunities for The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai. The role ensures smooth turnover to the Event Management team and drives long‑term, value‑based relationships to meet personal and location revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows and community engagement.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, write contracts and handle customer correspondence.
• Identify new business opportunities, understand market trends and competitor positioning, and close deals that align with location needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, support loyalty initiatives and gather guest feedback on product quality.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
• Proven ability to achieve personal sales goals and manage stakeholder relationships.
