Corporate Tax Advisory Director

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking a seasoned Corporate Tax Advisory Director to lead complex tax engagements across the UAE. The role combines market leadership, technical expertise, and people management, reporting to the Corporate Tax Partners and shaping the firm’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advisory, compliance, controversy and transaction projects for multinational groups, regional conglomerates, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.
• Provide strategic advice on UAE Corporate Tax Law (Federal Decree‑Law No. 47 of 2022), including group structuring, free‑zone regimes, participation exemption, interest limitation and loss utilisation.
• Oversee client portfolio growth, ensure high‑quality execution and manage risk across engagements.
• Coach and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate tax advisory, preferably within a Big‑Four environment.
• Proven track record of leading large, multi‑disciplinary tax engagements.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with senior client stakeholders.
